• First, after reading this section, fill out the Setup Questionnaire found below.

     

On the Setup Questionnaire, you will inform us of:

• The name(s) of the institutions in Israel where you have spending & income transactions (e.g., Bank Leumi and MaxCard).

 

• In which, if any, of your bank(s) in Israel do you hold money other than in Shekels (i.e., “foreign currency”)?  For example,     an account at Bank Leumi that holds U.S. dollars.

• Do you have bank account(s) outside Israel, and if so in which country?

   In addition, do any hold foreign currency accounts? For example, a bank account in the United Kingdom that also holds       U.S. dollars or Euros.

​

• Do you have card(s) issued to you from outside Israel, and if so from which card company and country?.

​

• From which bank do you normally pay for each of your cards?  ( If you pay card A from bank account A, and card B           from a different account then there is a place to note that on the questionnaire ).

 

• Your preferred date and number format.   

   For example, month/day/4-digit year and 1,000.00

 

• In what currency would you like to see your reports?  For example, you may have accounts in Israel and the United               Kingdom and would prefer to see the reports of your Israeli transaction converted to Pound Sterling using that day’s               conversion rate, so that the report for all your transactions would be shown in Pound Sterling.

 

• Within the following few business days, your reporting tool will be prepared and then emailed to you. It will, of course, contain no transactions to report because you have not yet populated it with your transactions files.

• Before you populate your tool with your transactions files, we will instruct you how to set up your folders for those files.
